System Security

Bxlend places paramount importance on the security of our exchange and the protection of customer assets. Our comprehensive security measures include:

  • Layered Architecture: The exchange's data and customer assets are safeguarded through a multi-layered security architecture, providing robust insulation against potential breaches.

  • Biometric-Secured Hosting: Our hosting solution is secured using advanced biometric systems. Risk management servers are also hosted in other data centres to ensure redundancy and heightened security.

  • Data Center Redundancy: Exchange backup data is stored in an independent secondary data centre, ensuring continuity in the event of primary data centre issues.

  • Real-Time Data Replication and Backup: All exchange data is replicated and backed up in real-time, as detailed in our Company Security Policy. This ensures data integrity and availability.

  • Distributed Database: Our exchange database is instantly replicated across multiple servers. This distributed approach, hosted on several nodes, safeguards against data loss due to server damage.

  • Rigorous Software Update Protocol: Every software update undergoes extensive testing as outlined in our Company Security Policy, including audits by at least two Senior System Architects.

  • Encrypted Data Transmission: To protect data during transmission, all website data is transmitted via encrypted Transport Layer Security (TLS) connections, such as HTTPS.

  • Anti-DDoS Measures: Implementation of Anti-DDoS services on our servers to mitigate the risk of distributed denial-of-service attacks.

  • Crypto Wallet Security: Over 97% of cryptocurrencies are stored in a Crypto API hot wallet with an offline private key policy, enhancing the safety of stored assets.

  • Enhanced Withdrawal Security: Optional additional confirmation for withdrawals after a certain number of transactions or transaction volume, providing an extra layer of security.
